By using the website at lonestarcleaningsolution.com or booking services with Lone Star Referral Agency, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operating as Lone Star Cleaning Solutions, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

We provide residential house cleaning services in the Treasure Valley area of Idaho. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed at booking.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. We reserve the right to charge a late cancellation fee for repeated last-minute cancellations.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no charge. This guarantee applies to the original cleaning visit only.

Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property on scheduled cleaning days. We are not responsible for delays caused by access issues.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from cleaning services is limited to the cost of the cleaning service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
